We hope to find the perfect location for our project hopefully within the Cynon Valley, Rhondda Cynon Taff.

We have been working with a number of organisations over the past 4 years looking at locations possibly suitable for the proposal.

Due to the nature of the plans we hope to at least house the site on a minimum 40 to 50 acres. The reason for this is we want to provide enough enrichment for the animals. Large enclosures give true enrichment and with that comes natural behaviour.

We also need at site this size to facilitate enough parking for visitors, to have a large restraunt capable of seating at least 120 people with an outdoor eating area, eco friendly toilets and changing facilities We also hope to have full veterinary facility and hospital for the zoo and general public for domestic animals.

We also want to have an environment that can breath, we shall work to ensure that the local habitat and wildlife can have a stunning environment to live in, this would also encourage wellbeing, education, learning and many other positive outcomes.

Lets not forget we are within 30 minutes from Pen Y Fan in the Brecon Beacons, 1 hour from the Gower and Swansea, 45 minutes from central Cardiff. A great location to set up a world class venue.
